ဖုန္းေတြရဲ႕ ေရဒီ ေ၀႕ ကို မုိးႀကိဳးက လိုက္ပါျပီး လူေတြ ကို ထိခိုက္ နိုင္တယ္ဆိုတာ မေတြ႕ ပါဖူး။

က်ြန္ေတာ္ တို႕ လ်ပ္စစ္ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာမ်ား ကေတာ့ မိုးၾကိုး အေၾကာင္း ေလ့ လာရေတာ့ လံုး ဆက္စပ္ မွဳ မရိွ ဖူးဆိုတာ ေသခ်ာေပမဲ့တခ်ဳိ႕ သတင္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္  ျပည္သူ အမ်ားကေတာ့ မိုးၾကိုး မုန္တိုင္းထဲ မွာ ဖုန္းေျပာ ရမွာေၾကာက္လာ ျပီး ဖုန္းေတြ ပိတ္လာတဲ့ အထိ စိုးရိမ္ လာပါတယ္ ။ေတာ္ေတာ္ မ်ားမ်ားလဲ ေမးလာက်ပါတယ္ ။ အဲေတာ့ ရရိွလာတဲ့ information ေတြ ကို ေရးျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။

ဆက္စပ္မွဳ မရိွဖူး ဆိုတာ သက္ေသ ျပတာ ကေတာ့ က်ြန္ေတာ္ မဟုတ္ပါဖူး အျပည္ျပည္ ဆိုင္ရာ က အဖြဲ႕ အစည္း လူၾကီး မင္း မ်ား ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

Stanford University, က Spring 2012 မွာ cell phone ေတြ က Lightning ကို ဆြဲေဆာင္ မွဳ မရိွေၾကင္း သက္ေသ ျပခဲ့ပါတယ္။

Dr Cooper   က cell phone  ေတြေၾကာင့္ မိုးၾကိုးျပစ္ခံ ရတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ internet hoax ( မမွန္ မကန္ သတင္းေတြ ) ျပန္႕နွံ႕ခဲ့ျပီး ေနာက္ဆံုး လူေတြ ၾကားမွာ ယံု ၾကည္ခဲ့ပါတယ္တဲ့။အဲ ဒါ ကလံုး ၀ မဟုတ္ပါဖူး လို႕ ေျပာပါတယ္။ ျပသနာ က လူေတြ က မစူးစမ္း ပဲ ယံုၾကည္ခဲ့ျပီး တေယာက္ နဲ႕ တေယာက္ သတိေတြ ေပးခဲ့ ျပီး လံုး ၀ ယံုၾကည္ ရတဲ့ ပံုျပင္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ 

ဒါဆို မိုးၾကိုး ျပစ္ခံရတဲ့ ဖုန္းေျပာသူေတြ ကေရာ ။ ဘယ္လိုလဲ။ ဘာေၾကာင့္လဲ ။ 

ဒါကေတာ့ရွင္းပါတယ္ ။ မိုးၾကိုးဆိုတာ ေျမျပင္ က အျမင့္ဆံုး ထိုးထိုး ေထာင္ေထာင္ေတြ ကို ျပစ္တာပါ ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ မိုးၾကိုး မုန္တိုင္း အခ်ိန္မွာ ဖုန္းပါသည္ ျဖစ္ေစ မပါသည္ ျဖစ္ေစ ကြင္းျပင္ထဲ သြားရင္ ျပစ္မွာပါပဲ ။

ျပသနာ အစက 2006 report in the British Medical Journal ေၾကာင္လို႕ေျပာတယ္။ 

အဲ သည့္ မမွန္ သတင္းေတြ ျပန္႕ ခဲ့တာမို႕ လူေတြ အထိတ္ တလန္႕ မျဖစ္ေအာင္  the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) အသင္းၾကီး က ဖုန္းေတြ နဲ႕ မိုးၾကိုး ဆက္စပ္ မွဳ မရိွေၾကာင္း ေၾကညာခဲ့ ပါတယ္။

John Jensenius, ( NOAA National Weather Service lightning expert ) က ေျပာတာကေတာ့ လူေတြ ကို မိုးၾကိုးျပစ္တာ ဖုန္း နဲ႕ မဆိုင္ပဲ ေနရာမွား အခ်ိန္မွားလို႕ လို႕ ( wrong time wrong place )  ေျပာပါတယ္။

ေနရာမွားတာ က ကြင္းျပင္ထဲ ေရာက္ေနတာရယ္ အဲဒီအနီးအနားမွာ မိုးၾကိုးမုန္တိုင္း ျဖစ္ေနတာရယ္ေၾကာင့္ပါတဲ့ ။ 

Australian Lightning Protection Standard  အသင္းၾကီး ကလဲ mobile phones ေတြ ကို မိုးၾကိုး မုန္တိုင္း အတြင္ မွာ မသံုးနိုင္ဖူး ဆိုတာ မွားေၾကာင္း နဲ႕  ျပသနာ စခဲ့တဲ့  2006 report in the British Medical Journal ရဲ႕ report ကမွားေၾကာင္း   ေၾက ညာ  ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အိမ္ထဲကေန မိုး ဘယ္ေလာက္ရြာရြာ ဖုန္းေျပာတာ ဟာ မိုးၾကိုး အႏၱာရာယ္  လံုး ၀ အႏၱာရာယ္ မရိွပါ ဖူး။ 

တခုပဲ ရိွပါတယ္ဖုန္း  ေဘ ေတာ့ ကုန္ပါမယ္။

US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a statement, saying lightning is not attracted to people carrying mobile phones.

“Cell phones, small metal items, jewellery, etc., do not attract lightning. Nothing attracts lightning. Lightning tends to strike taller objects,” said John Jensenius, a NOAA National Weather Service lightning expert. “People are struck because they are in the wrong place at the wrong time. The wrong place is anywhere outside. The wrong time is anytime a thunderstorm is nearby.”

Dr Cooper also points out that:

“No lightning danger is inherent to cellular phones. Although many reports of lightning injuries involve people who are using cell phones, these reports represent the ubiquity of cell phone usage and of their users' inattentiveness to weather conditions and have nothing to do with the phones themselves.”

The concern that mobile phones attract lightning was first raised a number of years ago in an internet hoax and is now a recognized urban myth. According to safety authorities, people who are outside increase their risk of being struck if they are on high ground, or in an open space, or near a body water or near large metallic structures or trees. These factors are more important to safety in an electrical storm than the use of a mobile phone. Mobile phones are low power devices and do not have any characteristics which would make them attractive to lightning strikes. Nowadays, nearly everyone carries a mobile-phone, and so it is blamed when anyone is struck by lightning.
